1. Who we are

2. The service

We provide TrustSlot, a tool that lets website owners ("Publishers") show ad spots on their own website, measure traffic, and sell those spots to advertisers ("Advertisers") (the "Service"). By creating an account, adding the script or buying a spot, you agree to these terms.

3. Our role

TrustSlot is a software tool, not a party to the deal between a Publisher and an Advertiser. Each Publisher sells their own spots and is the seller for those sales. Payments go from the Advertiser to the Publisher's own Stripe account. Publishers are responsible for their prices, taxes, invoices and their own refund decisions within these terms.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.

5. Fees

Adding a site and spots is free. During the launch period we take no platform fee. We may introduce one later (planned: 5% of the amount paid for each spot, collected automatically by Stripe); we will email Publishers at least 30 days before it applies, and it applies only to bookings made after that date. Stripe's own processing fees are charged to the Publisher by Stripe. When a platform fee applies, it is non-refundable, except where a payment failed or was duplicated because of an error on our side, or where we decide otherwise in a specific case.

6. Publishers

• You may only add the script to websites you control.
• Traffic data must come from your real website. Manipulating traffic (bots, other sites' analytics, paid fake visits) leads to refunds to Advertisers and account suspension.
• You approve every Advertiser and ad before payment. Once paid, you must keep the ad visible for the paid period.

7. Advertisers

• Ads consist of a logo, a short text and a link. No custom code.
• Ads must be lawful and must not promote gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs, malware, scams or misleading claims. Publishers may set stricter rules.
• Traffic, impressions and clicks shown before purchase describe the past. We don't guarantee clicks, sales or any result.

8. Delivery and refunds

If a paid ad is not shown because the Publisher's site is down or the spot is removed, the period is extended by the missing days; if that is not possible, the Publisher refunds the undelivered days. Details in the Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

10. Intellectual property

We own the Service. Publishers and Advertisers keep ownership of their content and give us the rights needed to display it in the Service.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Active paid ads keep running until their period ends. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

13. Changes

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
